Special Extended Hours for the Holidays 2014

FRIDAYS – Open until 8pm!!!   Starting Friday, November 28th and continues until Friday, December 19th.    Barb Johns, the Mount Holly Spinster, will be joining us each week from 6-8pm

TUESDAYS  11-4pm  (added just for the holidays)

WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY  11-6pm

Friday 11-8pm

SATURDAY 10-6pm

Sunday noon to 4pm

FESTIVE EVENTS 

Friday, December 5 – Fiber Festival featuring Barb John, the Mount Holly Spinster.   She will be demonstrating her spinning and have some of the yarns she has created for us.    Bonnie, known at Jersey Made as BFF (Bonnie’s Felted Friends) will show us how she creates the wonderful felted creatures she has available at the shop.    Holly will also show how she learned from some creative friends how to felt using cookie cutters.   The 5th Anniversary ornament will be using this technique.   5pm to 8pm

Saturday, December 6 – Dream Trader Jewelry  Join us for a trunk show with Anthony Niglio and the awesome jewelry that he creates, including the new copper bracelets.   10am to 4pm

Sunday, December 7 – Jersey Made’s 5th Anniversary Celebration Cake and beverages and the traditional ornament to celebrate this monumental occasion.   noon to 4pm

Saturday, December 13thBattle of Iron Works Hill – encampments in Mount Holly as this historic battle is re-enacted.   Our military discount will be extended to the Hessian and Colonial soldiers.   Make a small craft in our classroom (donation for our local animal shelter is requested but not required)

Sunday – December 14th   TRUNK SHOW by Green Cow Handcrafted Soaps.   Meet Nina and see their full line of soap products and accessories.   noon to 4pm

Friday 12/19/14 to Sunday 12/21/14 Procrastinator’s Weekend Including gift wrapping and specials for that last minute shopper.    Let us help make your holiday festive and keep you out of the dog house!

New items are always arriving at Jersey Made!   “Peace” Christmas Cards by Holly Doyle are on sale in packages of 12 for $10.   Even if you don’t mail them they are perfect to go along with your gift, include a gift card or to thank those special people in your world this holiday.

Exciting Week at Jersey Made

 You are cordially invited to the 2nd Anniversary Celebration at Jersey Made.   Yes, it really has been two years!!

Cake, chocolate and refreshments will be served along with some music too!
In honor of the occasion we will be dedicating the new Jersey Made sign that will be hanging on the porch!

That same evening the Mill Race Village will be having an open house.   Most of the shops will be open until 9pm on the 9th – shop til you drop or whichever comes first.

Please join us to celebrate this landmark day!!!   You’ll get to take home a special gift to remember the day!

Kids Art
Saturday, December 10, 2011 – Holiday Workshop

Noon to 1:30pm – For the younger kids ages 4 to 8
2pm to 3:30pm – For the big kids ages 9 to 14
We will be painting so do not wear your newest clothes!!
The final class before the holiday will include more gift making.
Class is $15.
Registration is required in advance!!

Classes will resume again in January 2012 on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month!

The re-enacting of this batter is part of the history of Mount Holly.   Sponsored by the Hitoric Burlington County Prison Museum.

Altered Book Class
Meets every Wednesday 11am to 1pm
Continues to meet every week in December!   Open workshop time too so you can bring a holiday project along to join us.   Hot tea will be provided (with honey – of course!!)
Techniques and fun ways to re-use old books!
Evening Altered Book Class will resume in January 2012
