Wade had fun time on Saturday making a snowman out of a giant can.   We thought it was amusing the huge difference in the size of my can and his.   He chose a more “metalish” look for his snowman!!

Hoping your holidays are festive, creative and handmade!   Jersey Made will be closed on Christmas Day so Holly can spend time with her family.   Regular hours will resume on Thursday, December 26th.

Fiber Day for Sandy

A neighbor of Jersey Made has started Operation Jack Frost which will benefit the many in NJ who lost so much during Hurricane Sandy. We will be collecting hats, scarves, gloves (mittens are my favorite) along with new toys (unwrapped please).
Let’s include some that are handmade too!! I have started a scarf and plan some mittens too. If you can help out please bring them to Jersey Made before 12/22/12.
I know we are all extra busy this time of year but it tis the season of giving!!
So I am declaring next Saturday Fiber Day 12/15/12 at Jersey Made. Come between 10-6 and bring your yarn or fabric along so we can stitch a bit. I’ll have some snacks for us. Bring your own hot beverage. Stay for a little while or stay all day.
