Jersey Made has exciting news! We were voted Best Gift Shop in Burlington County. Also One of the Best Local Artists (we know they mean all 35 selected NJ artists)! Very special honor and I thank all of you for your votes, encouragement and shopping local over the years.
In addition our neighbors Cheerful Dreams was voted One of the Best Gift Shops. Elaine Meade was voted One of the Best Local Artists. She had her Love Angels at Jersey Made until opening Cheerful Dreams in June 2013. She and her husband, Mike, create custom digital artwork. Quite talented friends and it is great having them next door!
Plus Mill Race Village was voted #1 Local Tourist Attraction in Burlington County. Many other shops received awards as well. Very awesome to be among such talent!
This calls for a celebration!

Awhile back I was contacted by the Cinnaminson Branch Library. They wanted a display with a local flair and asked if Jersey Made would be interested. So it is very exciting for me to announce that today I set up an exhibit of handmade art by New Jersey artists in the display case near the entrance.
Please look for it in the month of November!!
You can find their hours and location on their website – just click here:
Cinnaminson Library is a branch of the Burlington County Library System. There is so much that our libraries offer to us in addition to the loaning of books. You can follow information on all the branches in the BCLS on Facebook as well! Check it out (the books and everything else)!
This part of the display was kind of special for me. Mary was helping to clean out some books from her old high school friend’s collection and I was able to go through them before the yard sale. Tom had quite an elaborate collection and seemed to have many books on New Jersey. These books were part of his collection.
